  The absolute worst company, won't return a pair of jeans if they have been worn. Like I was supposed to know they wouldn't fit me after a hour or two of wearing them.

  Drove an hour and a half for specific pants that said they were in stock, only to be told they’d have to order them. Third time this has happened…never again.

  The stores themselves are very clean and well stocked. We went on a Monday so it wasn't very busy. The girls working at Aerie were less than friendly and didn't say anything to us as we walked around. One stared at me while my daughter was looking around, but never said one word. I thought it was odd. The American Eagle workers were quite the opposite and super friendly. Hopefully it was just an off day for those Aerie workers. My tween loves the clothes and I don't mind the pricing.

  I was in there on Friday night, May 10 of 2024 on the Aerie side and the girl that checked me out is the only reason I am giving the store a star. She was absolutely fantastic. Extremely sweet made a personable connection with me and did amazing customer service however that store manager or general manager at this location was the rudest most disrespectful lady I have ever encountered . The way that she spoke to her staff made me sick to my stomach. I am a store manager and I would NEVER speak to my staff that way. She was yelling at the girl who checked me out because there was an empty underwear spot she put down her task to go check out the customers at the register and her manager did not like that whatsoever yelling at the girls about using black hangers and not white hangers, but they were out of the white hangers so the lovely girl in the fitting room did what she could to put the stuff back on the shelves and then yelling that stuff wasn’t getting folded or done, but all I saw her do was walk around and yell at everybody never once did I see her grab anything or offered to help she came out of the backroom and started yelling at everybody also not to mention there was the girl at the front half of the store that had colored hair and glasses. I am somebody I don’t like to every 10 seconds be asked if I’m finding everything okay I felt like she followed me around the store and every second would come up to me and ask me if I needed anything and give me her opinion on what I was looking at, of course you wanna help customer but I felt claustrophobic because of that girl. I could see how unhappy and how stressed out all of those girls were feeling And she was running them like they were animals not even people The poor girl at the register had at least six people in line and not once did she offer to come help check people out and then yelled at the poor girl at the register that the line was going the wrong way and they needed to fix it. There was not anything distinctive saying where the side of the lines started, I’ve been to this location before and each time all I have seen that lady do is bark orders. and the girl with the glasses and colored hair that was at the front half of the store was also walking around barking orders and there was two customers that kept following her around because they needed help and she did not take the time to help them until she was done barking orders. I’m surprised none of those girls didn’t walk out also working your minors the shifts that you’re working them is unthinkable and unethical. So to the manager maybe if you treated your staff with respect, they wouldn’t look like they all want to cry and look so stressed. You are a disgrace to Store managers, everywhere and people like you are the reason it is so freaking hard to find people to work retail because you treat your staff like dirt.
