  I love coming here. The chocolate covered strawberries are amazing! Gina is very helpful, informative, and friendly. I definitely recommend trying their items. 💜💜💜💜

  I ordered an arrangement for my friend. I was very disappointed with the arrangement and the service I received. I tracked the arrangement and the system stated delivered. I called my friend and she stated she did not receive her arrangement. I called the store and spoke with the manager. She was rude and rushed me off the phone. She stated there was a mix up and my friend’s arrangement had been delivered to someone else. She stated my friend would get her arrangement today. I asked her to make a fresh arrangement being the original had been delivered to someone else. I also asked her to call me once the arrangement was finished and to provide a delivery timeframe. The delivery man showed up within minutes after my call. He had my friend’s arrangement. The store is 22.5 minutes from my friend’s house. I know because I had to pay an additional fee being her house was outside the 25-mile radius of the store. I questioned the manager why I had to pay an additional 14.00 being my friend lived 22.5 miles and she stated, "I don't have anything to do with that" . Being my friend’s house is 22.5 miles from the store there is no way the delivery person could have driven to the store and picked up the new arrangement. He arrived minutes after I talked to the manager. It appears he went to where he originally delivered my friends arrangement, picked it up and delivered it to her. The arrangement my friend received was not the arrangement I ordered. I ordered the large snowman arrangement. I am appalled the store would send something out looking like the attached. It appears fruit is missing and the wrapping bag as well as the outside of the container are filled with fruit juice. The fruit also looks spoiled, and the bag looks as if someone opened it and tried to put it back together. I am concerned someone may have tampered with the arrangement that was delivered to my friend. As stated earlier, I am very disappointed and I will never order anything from the Mentor store again. I will also discourage my friends from ordering anything. The attached is not what I expected for a large snowman arrangement. It appears someone just threw some fruit in a bag and called it a day.

  I went to this location today. I arrived at 8:15 am, per there website and the door it says they open at 8am. I went to the door and it was locked. I knocked on the window because the lights were on. The lady comed to the window and states that they don’t open until 9am. I stated the website and the door says 8am. She said they changed the time. When I came back to pick my order up and another lady came to the cash register. I stated that they needed to updated there website and door because the time was wrong, she stated the time it correct. I told here what happened, no apology just said I'll let them know what time. This location is across town and wasted my time when they were open the whole time.
