I was greeted upon arrival and even during my shopping was asked by an associate if I was finding everything ok. Waiting in line for checkout, I witnessed a conversation between Laura and an older gentleman who appeared to be having difficulty with a billing issue. Laura was so very patient and kind, explaining things and making sure the man understood. Afterwards, she even helped direct the man to the area of the store he needed next. It was so refreshing to see this - human kindness and great customer service. Both have been lacking in this country and it is a shame. Definitely not like it used to be. Seeing things like this is the reason I choose to shop where I shop. Please acknowledge Laura for the excellent customer service. Thank you.
