- KBKristin BSep 8, 20255.0I have been shopping at JCPenney for years. I recently moved to Ohio and visited the Fallen Timbers store on Saturday, 9/6. I was greeted upon arrival and even during my shopping was asked by an associate if I was finding everything ok. Waiting in line for checkout, I witnessed a conversation between Laura and an older gentleman who appeared to be having difficulty with a billing issue. Laura was so very patient and kind, explaining things and making sure the man understood. Afterwards, she even helped direct the man to the area of the store he needed next. It was so refreshing to see this - human kindness and great customer service. Both have been lacking in this country and it is a shame. Definitely not like it used to be. Seeing things like this is the reason I choose to shop where I shop. Please acknowledge Laura for the excellent customer service. Thank you.

Why does it tell us online that your store is open until 8 pm!!!! We would have never ventured out !! Im seriously pissed. Get your hours corrected online and stop wasting customers' time, who did actually plan to spend money in your store. The girl who did wait on us was very sweet and a good cashier. Im sorry I don't remember her name. We did let her know we had no idea they closed at 7 pm. we walked in at 6:50pm after being yelled at by a manager, and we are closing in 10 minutes. This store doing this is why it's going downhill, and I won't be surprised when you are out of business.
