- LSLiza StudebakerDec 6, 20252.0I love the store & selection, however…I bought a beautiful button down dress for vacation. Fit perfectly, when I was at dinner the buttons would NOT stay closed, they kept popping open. I would expect for the price I paid the quality would have been better. Because I took tags off, as obviously I wore it, they said they wouldn’t accept a return - even if it’s a defective item. I expected better customer service policies from a Nordstrom brand to be honest.
