- TATolani AgabaAug 16, 20252.0I love J.Crew, but finding this location was a nightmare. On a hot, sunny day, I tried three different maps and still couldn’t spot a clear storefront or sign. Maybe I missed something, but if you’re new to the area, be prepared — the GPS directions are confusing and it’s easy to get lost. I left frustrated without ever finding the store. Hopefully you’ll have better luck than I did.

Only greeted us when we walked near them, one standing behind the counter on her phone and the other sitting on a bench near the register on her phone. We tried on a few items and we were looking for some specific items. We were probably in there for at least 30 mins or more and they didn't even check on us. Surprised for the type of store that the associates don't even talk to clients.
