After doing some walking around I noticed that one of the pair of sunglasses lenses had fallen out of the frame. I was not happy to say the least being these was not cheap by any means!! Off we went back to the store, we where met with a friendly smile and the glasses was fixed right then and there with no hesitation!!! Still concerned about the purchase and trying to not use the warranty we had purchased not even 30 minutes before, we was told that that particular brand and style was the last one when we had bought it. They could do a return and ship the new pair to our home. We decided to as you would say roll the dice with the fixed pair. We left and had gotten about an half mile down the road when the manager approached us in the street with a brand new pair he had found in store and specifically said “he wanted to make it right” . That is perfect customer service in my opinion that you really don’t see anymore!!! Thank you again for your dedication “store manager” 5 stars in my book
