  Bait and switch. 40% off signs posted but when I get to the register the items ring up at 30% off. I tell them that the sign says 40% off. They acknowledged that the sign does say 40% but the sign is wrong. They wouldn’t honor the posted sale price. Snarky manager said too bad and to call corporate if I have a problem with it. Own up to your error, credit me the difference, fix the sign. That’s how you handle it. You’re welcome for teaching you how to do your job.

  It has come to my attention that the store has modified its return policy; however, this change is not reflected on the purchase receipt. Despite this discrepancy, the store has declined to honor the return as outlined on the receipt, effectively placing responsibility for defective merchandise on the customer. This practice is both misleading and disappointing. I do not intend to continue shopping at a retailer that fails to uphold the quality and integrity of the products it sells; particularly given the price point of its merchandise

  The employees here are amazing!!!! They have a multi-generational staff which I loved ! Dawn and Sloane were *chefs kiss* I went in today dreading jean shopping and these ladies were so sweet and helpful! I actually picked the jeans Dawn herself has and she suggested! I highly recommend this location! I can tell it’s ran like a well oiled machine! All the staff were attentive, polite and patient! Thank you AE liberty for making my shopping experience a great one! :)
