  Came in today and had multiple items in my hand as well as hangers and kept dropping them because they wouldn’t stay on the clothes. All of the girls stood around talking and never once offered me a bag. Then I was looking at the rack of sweatpants and the employee pretty much knocks me out of the way to shower another customer what I was looking at. So another woman was checking out on the Aerie side. My hands were full as stated before and I was still holding the hangers. The employee told me to go to the American eagle side to check out and still didn’t offer me a bag to hold my items or to take the hangers. So unprofessional and rude. It isn’t my first bad experience here. Last month I stood at the register for 10 minutes while the girls stood there talking and I had to walk up to them and ask if anyone was working the cash register. Less talking and more of doing the work you’re getting paid to do. Just a suggestion.

  It has come to my attention that the store has modified its return policy; however, this change is not reflected on the purchase receipt. Despite this discrepancy, the store has declined to honor the return as outlined on the receipt, effectively placing responsibility for defective merchandise on the customer. This practice is both misleading and disappointing. I do not intend to continue shopping at a retailer that fails to uphold the quality and integrity of the products it sells; particularly given the price point of its merchandise

  Staff friendly, good quality clothes and they have Formula 1 clothes just on the pricey side.

  I bought 2 pairs of jean shorts and decided to return both. By the way they didn’t take off a security tag so I couldn’t even wear them. I was within the return date to return both pairs. I went back to the location with the credit card I used and wasn’t able to return them. I gave them the receipt and the manager came and said that she cant’t return or override them. The manager was very unhelpful, instead of calling customer service themselves they gave me the number. I then waited on hold for 15 minutes for customer service. once I spoke to her representative, they said there is no reason why the return shouldn’t have been done in the store.This is so ridiculous and unacceptable. I will not be shopping at this location anymore.
