I walked her back to the display and showed her. That wasn't the iron, however, she couldn't find the one on sale. I walked back up front, and my cart, with my coat had been pushed out of the way for another customer. The Manager said I'm sorry but she's been waiting a long time. Like I didn't just blow 29 mins walking up and down the store twice. I promise I will never be back. It's sad really because I grew up with Penny's. I had very fond memories. Now I know why they will go the way of Sears and 5 and dime.

She did such an incredible job with my hair, making it so much more beautiful. I've received an unbelievable amount of compliments! Kristy was also incredibly patient and understanding when I had to reschedule due to my chaotic schedule. The final result was so rewarding—she truly does what she does best. The color and the cut are absolutely perfect. She's an amazing person and her work is flawless. I am so pleased with how my hair turned out; I would recommend her to everyone!
