I spent over 2,000 this year to turn around and get a rude customer response when I had issues with jewelry I purchased because they didn’t size it properly sayingdidnt you try it on when you got it…. Well yeah I had to wait forever to get it because someone brand new didn’t know what they was doing and I had to go home to a sick child. To turn around and find out they were not right and go up on a day I could before work to get disrespected at the counter and to get disrespected when they screwed up is awesome. I won’t spend another penny at this place. No good account so far

For every person returning she finds fault, for some she was even calling someone on phone. Real bad attitude on people returning. Only one counter for returning and checkout staff are way better
