He just slammed down on the table. He sounded very professional, but he could care less about me or my items that I was presenting so if you want a jeweler for life, this is not it.

My wife lost a small diamond on her wedding band that we purchased years ago at Meyers. We now live out of state and only come back around the holidays. We dropped her band off and picked it up the next day...free of charge. They also cleaned the other pieces to the set. Top notch service!!

All Meyers jewelry is covered by a one year warranty from the date of purchase. If the item is a specific brand that carries a longer warranty that will then apply. For example Breitling Watch carries either a 2 year or 5 year warranty depending on the model, therefore that will be the length of your warranty. At Meyers jewelers we have a 5 day return policy and a 30 day exchange policy, all from the date of purchase.
