The installed device could definitely be a little less intrusive (the cable for the device is much longer than anyone should need - only the driver is to use it. Why does it look like it could reach back into the trunk). And it would be nice if there was a little more discretion (they gave a nice black sleeve for it. Great black is subtle and hides. Nope the name is huge letters on it. Seriously, I'm doing what I'm supposed to do, i don't need my business being broadcast to everyone walking past my car.) Overall my experience with the company, employees, & device has been decent.
