  While shopping at Windsors Clothing at Summit Mall, Fairlawn Ohio, there was a sale rack. Everything on the sale rack was $3. To verify, I ask the manager if this was correct that Everything on the rack was indeed $3. She replied YES. I grabbed two small gold purses and some other items. When I get to the register the two purses rang up at $5 each. I asked since it was on the sale rack it should be the price. She would not honor the sale price after she verified to me that EVERYTHING on the rack was $3. My granddaughters and I, will never shop there again ever. It's the principal of it.

  This is the best Windsor that I have gone to - and the reasons are cleanliness and the employees! They make good suggestions and most importantly they make sure the fitting rooms are not being hogged by people for hours! Thank you Summit Mall Windsor! I wish others were this good.

  Outstanding shopping experience. The staff is highly knowledgeable and VERY patient. Every time I shop at the Summit Windsor I have a great experience.

  The women working the fitting rooms today around 3-4pm was insanely rude. I have worked in retail before and would never leave a bad review but she was yelling at me to wait for a fitting room instead of saying excuse me and making me feel welcome just because I was confused. She made my friend and I very uncomfortable i think she maybe had freckles on her face and she was mixed. If you hate your job that much maybe work somewhere else because she was so unpleasant.

  Came into this Windsor location today, December 30, and the staff (minus two nice employees) was absolutely awful. We stood waiting forever for help getting a shoe in a different size while multiple workers literally looked at us and chose not to help. When we finally asked, one girl responded in the most annoyed tone with “she can help you” — and then that person didn’t help either. The attitudes were rude, dismissive, and honestly embarrassing for a retail store. It felt like customers were an inconvenience rather than the reason they have a job. I’m only giving two stars because two employees were genuinely kind, and the store was clean and organized. Otherwise, this would’ve been a one-star experience. Cute clothes, terrible service.
