I have worked in retail before and would never leave a bad review but she was yelling at me to wait for a fitting room instead of saying excuse me and making me feel welcome just because I was confused. She made my friend and I very uncomfortable i think she maybe had freckles on her face and she was mixed. If you hate your job that much maybe work somewhere else because she was so unpleasant.

We stood waiting forever for help getting a shoe in a different size while multiple workers literally looked at us and chose not to help. When we finally asked, one girl responded in the most annoyed tone with “she can help you” — and then that person didn’t help either. The attitudes were rude, dismissive, and honestly embarrassing for a retail store. It felt like customers were an inconvenience rather than the reason they have a job. I’m only giving two stars because two employees were genuinely kind, and the store was clean and organized. Otherwise, this would’ve been a one-star experience. Cute clothes, terrible service.
