- KKKylie1 day ago1.0Came in to buy shoes and asked for my size and turned around to walk to the cashier and the girl that handed me the shoes said if you’re not gonna try them on then I will take Them to the cash register. I said I’m walking to the cash register right now I know my size I don’t need to try on. She looked at me like I was trying to steal because I wouldn’t give her the shoes to put on the counter that I’m right next to. Idk if this is a new policy but i says nevermind and just left. Ill take my business somewhere else.

Called up the Vans store at summit mall explained the situation, was able to swap mine out for a brand new pair on the display and was in and out in less then 10 minutes. Don't order online just stop in this vans store and see Victoria! Great Experience!!!
- MAMynul AhmedDec 2, 20231.0We were told that we are not allowed to "try" the skateboard. (though we didn't do anything unsafe or risky, just placed the board on the floor & the kid stood on it). We didn't feel much friendliness. There are plenty of other options where you can buy things after trying and you are treated with respects.
