  Ordered an arrangement to be delivered for my wife's birthday by 1pm and even called in the morning to make sure it was going to be there because I found out she was leaving for her other job a little earlier and the lady said no problem. She left for her other job a little after 1 and no delivery. Suprised ruined! Now their going to deliver it to the house. Was supposed to be shared by her coworkers! 🙄

  I purchased an edible arrangements yesterday and I had it shipped to my parents house due to my dad having surgery today and it was delivered today at 2:30. I had no clue it was delivered no email correspondence or updates it’s 85° outside and no one was home. I called the store where it was shipped from the lady on the phone was rude and very unprofessional she said well the driver just leaves it there. I said what is your policy she said there policy’s is to call the recipient and see what’s going on well obviously my dad was in surgery so you couldn’t pick up the phone. He had complications on the surgery so the surgery took a lot longer. I’m very upset and very appalled That you couldn’t even call me and say hey no one‘s answering the phone or the recipient is not answering the phone. Should I bring the order back to the store? The lady said what do you want me to do in a very rude professional way I said you need to make it right and deliver it tomorrow. She said that’s fine and hung up the phone. I’m a business owner myself if any of my employees treated customers like they treated me, I would fire them immediately. I do not stand for this. Yes they are going to make it right and deliver tomorrow but that’s not the point the point is they should’ve done more research and called now I have fruit sitting on my parents patio melted and it’s disgusting now my parents have to clean that up because they couldn’t call this is very unprofessional as a company.

  Jim was super helpful and friendly on the phone this morning. He answered all my questions and assured me that my delivery will make it on time. He even told me that he would be the one delivering it.
