- SMSandra MartinFeb 22, 20261.0I want to like this place because they do have a lot of cool vendors with such variety in their booths, they are sorely lacking in customer service. I am a collector of glassware and have spent hundreds of dollars in this mall on many trips, however this will be my last trip, when checking out I politely asked the employee to be careful with my vintage glass, to which she looked surprised but nodded her head, out of nowhere “Eric” and apparently “manager Eric” proceeded to slam my $75 bowl into the bag purely out of spite for me asking for my glassware to be packed nicely! I was pretty upset and let him know I don’t appreciate the way is is treating us I also had asked for his name 3x which the girl checking us out finally told us, then he stormed away ignoring me and coming back with more of my wrapped glassware and handed to me and said here are your “precious babies”! This guy is your manager, he is not fit for this, do yourself a favor and get rid of him before you lose all your customers! This was our second encounter with this guy, last time he refused to read back what was rang up, we spent $400 that time. Believe me if you encounter him you will know what I mean he is very rude and seems to hate his job! There are too many malls that don’t treat you like this I can go to. Do better with your customer service! Follow up to your response, I never insulted your employee, she was fine, no issue with her, only your manager Eric, after he was rude to me and with your reply I so hope standing behind your rude manager keeps you in business because I doubt it will! Enjoy your one star review I would give zero if I could! And I bet there will be many more due to manager Eric.
