- JDJon DMay 11, 20255.0THIS PLACE CHANGED MY LIFE!!! 😀 I’d like to extend a special thanks to Miss. Dorian Harrold, the store manager at the Sunglass Hut inside the Macy’s at Tuttle Crossing Blvd. I just moved to the area and my RayBan, New Wayfarers got damaged. 🤦🏼♂️ I wasn’t sure which Sunglass Hut to go to 🤷🏼♂️. When I walked in she greeted me with a warm, and welcome smile. She assured me that she would do her best to try and help me. She went above and beyond, tirelessly searching for the exact matching parts from Luxottica. She was having a hard time locating the specialized, replacement parts and she ended up replacing them with a completely new set of frames at the insurance price! 😎 Im so glad she was the one who assisted me! Heaven forbid I would have gone to the Easton Mall Location… Her service was above and beyond the call of duty. 🫡 I will be a loyal customer to this store moving forward! - JMJaime MillerMay 2, 20251.0I purchased sunglasses yesterday and changed my mind on the style. I went to exchange my UNWORN, MINT sunglasses and Melisa took the sunglasses and came back saying they were scratched. She's the only person who has touched them since they went into the case. I had her call her manager and she told the manager that these sunglasses are in bad shape. They are brand new and not even worn yet. I told Melisa if anyone scratched them it was her and she told me it is not in her character to do that. From there she was very rude to me and told me the store is closed and even if she were going to accept my return, which she isn't, the store is closed and can't do anything for me.
