- JMJaime MillerMay 2, 20251.0I purchased sunglasses yesterday and changed my mind on the style. I went to exchange my UNWORN, MINT sunglasses and Melisa took the sunglasses and came back saying they were scratched. She's the only person who has touched them since they went into the case. I had her call her manager and she told the manager that these sunglasses are in bad shape. They are brand new and not even worn yet. I told Melisa if anyone scratched them it was her and she told me it is not in her character to do that. From there she was very rude to me and told me the store is closed and even if she were going to accept my return, which she isn't, the store is closed and can't do anything for me.
