The HR women is more concerned about her self then the safety of the customers who enter her store. My 2 year old son was trapped in their elevator by the shoes and my mother was pinned by the elevator door due to clear lack of maintenance. Both my son and mother were hurt in the incident and all JC Penny head of office and Hr can say is stuff snide comments about it being the fault of the costumer and not due to their negligence. When speaking to Hr all she could do was tell me what she did right instead of taking accountability and apologizing she doubled down by telling me they can’t share incident reports with none JC penny members. So people of you care for your lived and the lives of your loved ones don’t shop here cause these employees won’t lift a finger to aid you due to their negligence.
