- DCD CJan 31, 20265.0I would like share our experience with Kristine's polite, over the top, MOST OUTSTANDING customer service during a challenging return process at the Tuttle Mall location on Saturday Jan 31st 2026. She is one of a kind these days, she needs to be acknowledged as a top performer in so many ways that there is enough space or time to document or explain everything. Unfortunately a previous (male) associate at Polaris location was Short, Bothered, Unwilling to help, BAD attitude and basically a major jerk to the extent we discussed never buying another item again from your store. Kristine's kind smile and willing to "dig in" do the research and help settle the problem, confirmed there are still young adults that care about CUSTOMER SERVICE! thank God. With cute purple hair

This was my first time using her to color my hair w/ highlights and low lights and I was more than please w/ the outcome. She's super friendly as well, and engages in conversations during the service. I highly recommend her, and will continue to use her, and have her do my family as well!
