However, they get 1 star for the horrible treatment given by their receptionists. I called looking for someone to do installations for me and was given the response "Not interested. Have a good day.", and then hung up on. I called back and got a different receptionist, who hung up on me before I could even ask my question. I eventually was able to get them to listen to me, at which point I explained why I was calling, but added that they lost my business. Someone needs to talk to these rude receptionists and teach them to listen to people before they assume things and hang up. I couldn't have been given a worse experience.
