When I got to the store the employee said I had to wait in the checkout line. That line had about 50 people waiting in it with only two employees working the counter as it was the weekend before Christmas. That is poor customer service both for people making purchases and people wanting to make a pick up. I left the store and intend to cancel my purchase. I will think twice before making any purchases from Penny’s in the future. The Dayton store is in dire need of repair. It has an odor on walking in and many ceiling tiles missing and stained. In the summer the air conditioning is minimal at best. Good luck if you intend to shop there

When calling their customer service he said to me I hate when people ask me stupid questions.Not only that he treated me like I wasn't educated and acted like he was on a game show and made light of the situation my order was lost.Told me just go with it.The order was actually lost.There was potentially fraud done on their end on someone delivering the item. The route and input on ups database it was flagged as fraud. It simply didn't ad up. Don't shop online there
