The entire store was sparsly filled with merchandise and the whole place gave off a very "discount store" kind of vibe. the mens big & tall section, which was myain reason for going, was only about 4 racks worth of clothes and the prices were outrageous compared to other retailers. Will never return.

She accused us of lounging around and said we needed to leave, then scoffed at us when we said we were shopping for a mattress. This was after we’d been there for maybe half an hour, sitting and laying on several different mattresses, seeing zero clerks and offered zero assistance. I don’t know what she thinks mattress shopping is supposed to look like. Went to Morris around the corner instead, and had a 5-star experience with Dayon there. He treated us respectfully and professionally, and was very knowledgeable about their mattress and bed frame selection. He even took the time to walk around the store with us to show us the different bed frames and talk us through the different options available. We’ve already shared our experience with friends and acquaintances who are also in the market for a new mattress, telling them all to STAY AWAY from JC Penney.
