  Great place to buy watches and jewelry. Very customer service oriented and high quality products. Everyone is friendly and very knowledgeable. I’ve purchased different watches and other jewelry from Rachel (ask for her by name). She’s very detailed oriented, knows the products, has great taste, and very easy to work with. She was able to give me great advice and guidance on the different items that I’ve purchased without a pushy sales persona that you can get at other stores. The best test is that my wife liked what I bought and I’ve gotten other compliments on items she has recommended. Will definitely be back to buy other jewelry pieces/watches and would strongly recommend her and James Free for any purchases that you might be considering.

  Randy Ihle provided an exceptional experience! I needed some additional links for the 2nd hand Breitling that I bought elsewhere. After me buying some links online that didnt fit, Randy got the appropriate links in and got them installed right away. Randy and James Free Jewelers provided top notch service that seems to be hard to find these days! THANKS AGAIN RANDY!!

  Rachel is a true professional in her field as a Timepiece Concierge. I will drive 2 hours to have the opportunity to use her knowledge when purchasing or servicing my Rolexes or other Swiss timepieces. Yes, there are AD’s that are closer, but none with her skill sets, so it's worth the drive. She is a true professional and a real pleasure to work with. If you’re looking for a quality Swiss timepiece, it’s worth your time to contact her.

  Five stars isn’t enough for the experience we had with Heather at James Free Jewelers. From the first conversation to the moment I walked out with my Rolex Explorer, she was steady, responsive, and professional in a way that’s rare. No pressure. No theatrics. Just clear communication, timely updates, and a sense that she genuinely cared about getting it right. Buying a Rolex should feel significant. With Heather, it did. She answered every question quickly, kept me informed throughout the process, and made what can often feel opaque feel straightforward and personal. If you’re considering a serious timepiece and want someone who treats it with the respect it deserves, ask for Heather. I couldn’t recommend her more highly.
