    I recently returned to James Free for some work on my engagement ring. There were some miscommunications that were initially frustrating , but I wanted to acknowledge how professionally , timely, and throughly the James Free staff resolved it. I am beyond thrilled with the work that was done and grateful for staff who prioritizes doing the right thing for the customer. I want to recognize Duane as my main contact person- he is very knowledgeable, professional, and I enjoyed visiting with him each time I was in.

    Duane and Darlene were more wonderful than I could have imagined. It was my first time exploring custom jewelry options and I went in with just my engagement ring from my late husband and the idea I wanted it to be a necklace pendant. They helped me through the entire process, created beautiful ideas and helped me fine tune them to match my style and vision perfectly. It turned out absolutely stunning!

    I took my rings to James Free Jewelers for resizing, and they damaged them in the process. One of the ring I keep losing a diamond and it cost a lot to repair and one ring there is five diamond turned black after their resizing work and they blamed it on my ring. I’ve worn this ring daily for ten years with no problems until they worked on it. They raised the price after taking my rings and later ignored my messages when I asked for help. I lost $481.60 to this store plus I can’t even sell the rings anymore that’s how horrible their work is
