We replaced my husband's wedding ring, and a month later the new band segments started to break off. We returned it for a new and different one with no issues. On a later visit, I had two small pieces of jade that my mother gave me before she passed. I had them made into beautiful dangly earrings that Gates helped to design. We are very happy with the service and fully trust this jeweler to do the best job for our needs. They also have a fantastic selection with affordable prices for every budget. We'll definitely return!

I found exactly what I wanted, and that included real diamonds for my daughter’s Christmas gifts and lab made for me. The selection included exactly what I wanted. I also wandered around the store and was totally surprised at the variety of interesting and different jewelry. It’s not like going to the other jewelry stores. I really enjoyed looking at the Heirloom pieces, but there were some extremely unusual ones that really caught my attention. I’ve also not seen such an amazing group of charms! There were so many to choose from. I had a very difficult time selecting from the options available for my special-needs niece. I quickly found three that I couldn’t decide between. Overall an amazing experience and terrific assistance.
