  We are just passing through and don’t have this store in WI so had to stop here because some of them have the best fits. This one did NOT disappoint what so ever!! They had it so clean and well organized that I was able to find something I like in almost every corner. So was my big and tall hubby!! Whoever orders for this store, definitely has my style down pat lol!! Best thing though was the employee Destiny!! She was the best Citi trends person I’ve met in a minute, she greeted us on arrival and was happy with a beautiful smile. She told us where to find things with out an attitude, and talked to us during check out. She went above and beyond!! Thanks Destiny

  Love the clothes and the workers are great they follow you alot but theft is on a rise they don't do it as bad as Walmart though so that's a plus lol

  This store used to be one of my favorite places to shop until I bought a shirt for my fiance and when he put it on the cuff on the right sleeve was missing completely. When I took the shirt back with the receipt and the tag that was not attached any longer the lady refused to exchange it for a different one. Reason being was because the tag was not attached to the item any longer. Remind you it had been 3 days I had the receipt and I didn't want Money I wanted a new shirt and they wouldn't have been able to put that shirt back out on the floor due to it being defective. She made comments like it's been 3 days and it took this long, well I had to ask for a ride first off and then said " WELL DONT YOU INSPECT YOUR CLOTHES BEFORE YOU BUY THEM, I MEAN I SURE DO! and to be honest it was 10 minutes till closing and my fiance hates shopping and wasn't happy about me dragging him in the store in the first place so know I sure didn't make sure the cuff was attached to the sleeve and grabbed it off the wrack. Point is she said it store policy that the tags have to be attached to the item and when I looked for this in writing it wasn't on the receipt or on a sign anywhere in the store and up till that day no cashier had ever said anything like that cashing me out of the one time I had to return an item before. I usually ship at the West town shopping center location and I will continue to shop at that location because the one at East Town shopping center is rude and should not be in customer service and sales. When I asked for a corporate number I was told there was no number and the manager had already been warned about me and told me to call the store but the manager will tell me the same thing. I was so mad I was in tears and walked out of the store .
