- AFAlisha FieldsApr 11, 20261.0Me and my fiancé came into the store today to find some heals for me for my brothers wedding this week and as soon as we walked in the door we where being profiled and followed around by employees and they weren’t even try to hide it one guy followed my fiancé down every aisle while he was helping me find heels while I was trying them on with the socks to be respectful and then the same guy stood right next to us and started staring and pretending to talk to his manager but there was no one on with him it’s just so frustrating and sad to feel so unwelcome and profiled when we did absolutely nothing, we walked in, tried shoes on, and then we paid and walked out and he literally follows us to the check out please do better we will not be coming back

Then dude with dirty long black hair sat outside and smoked a cigarette with Rachel’s unprofessional manager self in her car waiting . It wasn’t that they couldn’t help they just simply didn’t want to. I thought about returning my shoes I bought but I could tell yall needed the sale .
