  I bought a dress for my daughter for prom. When we got it home I had her try it on in better light and when I opened the bag a bunch of the rhinestones fell out. As we put it on more fell off. I went to take it back and talked to the manager. She said because it was a specialty item there were no returns plus we damaged the product. I let her know that we were not told that and wouldn't have bought it had I known. She said there was a sign that said it and she knows I was told because she trains all of the staff. I told her i had other people with me that day and the employee only mentioned we had 30 days...it was 2 days since i bought it and the sign mentioned was facing a wall and when told she should have it where customers can see she said they just had to have it in the store...its not her fault if we dont go over and read it. She was extremely rude to both my daughter and I and I would not recommend buying anything. The product they sell is very cheaply made and not worth the money

  My daughter purchased a dress here, and the cashier never mentioned that it was final sale or not eligible for return or exchange. When she went back to change the size, they refused to help. Cashiers should clearly inform customers of these policies at checkout to avoid situations like this especially for a new customers
