  Today an employee was too rude to me he threw my bag and also all the employees watched me as if I were going to steal something I just went to buy it is impressive that because one is untidy they look at you badly as if it were that, apart from spending more than 700 in the store they have been too rude, it leaves a lot to desire the customer service disappointed me and of course I do not spend a dollar on lululemon again because they do not take care of the attention they give to the customer no matter what it looks like.

  Great atmosphere, the employees are very helpful, the items are great quality but it’s still WAY OVERPRICED in my opinion

  Uppity. They wanted me to pay $20 for an equal exchange, just a different color. This is why people aren’t shopping in person anymore.

  Love the brand; unfortunately they never stand behind their product. $128 pair of pants should not rip. Avery the manager was nasty to deal with as well. She acted like she was doing me a favor by trying to help with the defective pants I purchased. I would consider this before buying Lulu always. The return policy is terrible.

  employees will give you dirty looks and search thru people’s bags they suspect as thieves. it might’ve just been better to shop online lol
