  Horrible service. Associate wasn’t particularly nice, and gave off the impression he didn’t want to work with us, which is whatever, and I would’ve ignored, but after the purchase of my cologne($400 cologne btw), he left us waiting for several minutes so he could tend to another customer who was still making up his mind so he could pack both our colognes together. Then despite me making my purchase first, he delivered the cologne first to the other customer and spent several minutes chatting up with him and his friend instead of tending to us. This is despite us being there with our baby who we needed to feed, he left us waiting. Very inconsiderate. I wouldn’t recommend this location, and I certainly wouldn’t recommend the associate that we had work with us. Not acceptable service for the price. What’s more, he said they have “no samples to give” and immediately moved on to chatting with his pals.

  We walked in and nobody acknowledged us or asked if we wanted or needed help. This store profiles and clearly has a bias. Will NEVER spend my money here.

  Went to buy a new wallet tonight at 900 on the dot and got turned away. Sad for brand that charges what they do.

  The door greeter was great and friendly, but we were then left standing around, even as staff came out from the back. I don’t know if it was our clothing choices, or some kind of other assumption, but nobody wanted to wait on us. We came in with the intention of purchasing at least two items, but instead left with nothing because of the customer service, or lack thereof. We were patient and stood around for a while, but ended up getting frustrated.
