  I have had multiple positive experiences at this location. I especially appreciate the manager, Angela, who went out of her way to help me. She was kind, professional, and knowledgeable. The store has a great selection and helpful staff who works tirelessly to restock all of the dresses that are constantly being tried on. I will keep returning here.

  The manager Kiante is very rude. She was talking poorly about customers to another employee saying they wished everyone would get out and how irritated she was. It’s not the customers fault they can’t keep up. Maybe hire more people. Never felt so uncomfortable shopping here as I did today! I won’t be returning sadly.

  My daughter and I visited this store last Sunday to look for a homecoming dress. We walked in around 4:30 and the store was to close at 6:00. She picked out some dresses to try on and we got into the line for the dressing room. By the time we got to the front of the line, the girl managing the dressing rooms informed us that we had to choose 2 dresses because the dressing rooms actually closed at 4:45 and we were "lucky she was letting us try on anything." I asked her what time the store closed and she said 6:00, but that they had to have time to clean up the store because the whole store was a mess and there were only 3 people working. There were definitely dresses everywhere (floor, wrong racks, falling off hangers, etc) and the store was a disaster, but she could have been hanging the pile of dresses on the floor near the dressing rooms and at least attempting to multitask, instead of yelling at customers and giving them attitude about wanting to try on dresses. Who would buy a dress without trying it on? They should just close early if that is the case. It's fall and they are a major homecoming dress retailer, what do they expect? We left and went down to Von Maur (also in the mall)....smaller dress selection, but they had some very nice ones at decent prices and they were SO friendly to us! I apologized for asking to try on things so close to closing and the lady said, "Of course, that's my job!" My daughter found the perfect one! The difference in customer service between the two stores was crazy....I never want to go to Windsor again.

  Been going to this store, but yesterday i got a terrible experience. I got 2 items, got to check out and decided to not get one of the items again. This cashier girl (don't remember her name) asked me "if you didn't want so why did you take it off the hanger?" I was like 🤔 excuse ma'am!! When has it become a problem if I change my mind on an item. I didn't like the way the store manager ( I assume) responded to the situation either. She just kind of shut me down. Both of them were rude to me and they had an attitude. I'm never going back to that store.
