Overall the staff was really nice but there was one associate that ruined my experience. I’ve been looking for going out clothes that I feel confident in for months now and when I saw that Windsor opened up at Easton I was so excited because I’ve always wanted to try their clothes. I spent about 1.5hr in the store today trying on a bunch of different things and I fell in love with 8 items. While I was at the dressing room switching out the items I wanted to try with the ones I’ve already tried on an associate approached me asking how many items I had. Their policy is only 6 items in the room with you, which is fine because I had the rest of my items hanging on my door and I was switching them out after each batch. She grabbed the items that I had hanging on the door and by that point they were all things that I wanted to buy and I told her that I wanted to get them. She confirmed that I wanted them by asking me if I was going to buy them and I responded with yes and she walked away with them. I tried on 4 more things and decided to add 2 more tops to my collection. When I was ready to check out I asked one of the associates for my items only to find out they’d all been put back. The associate that took them from me acted as if she couldn’t care less and like I was inconveniencing her by asking for the items she took. I understand that mistakes happen(even tho I told her twice that I wanted the items) but you can’t make a mistake and have a nasty attitude at the same time. I left disappointed and on the verge of tears because that was the first time I’ve felt excited about clothes and confident in my body only for the associate to treat me like I’m not good enough to shop there.
