Did you bring it within 30 days did you do the proper cleaning? It’s a bad company.

I bought a pair of ray bans and wanted to use my Macy’s gift cards here, which they accept, but the lady at the register, Monica, literally had no clue what she was doing. She called over her manager multiple times and took a grand total of 40 minutes to check out. Now I was patient for the first 20 minutes but come on, 40 minutes is way too long to check out one pair of sunglasses. Would definitely not recommend shopping here ever.
