She spent quite a long time adjusting a pair I bought awhile ago that I had not been able to wear as they were uncomfortable. She did not give up until they were perfect. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Kudos Kalen!

- TMTravis MasseyAug 26, 20211.0NO STAR review (read before buying)… Usually don’t care to write reviews but sunglasses hut is a terrible company to buy from, they do not take their customers seriously. Spent over $500 dollars here on designer sunglasses, they broke within 3 months of buying them on the frame. Went back In with receipt and boxes, and they will not take return, exchange or try and help me get them fixed even. Gave me a policy card and said sorry I can’t help you. Completely unacceptable, will never buy sunglasses from any of their stores again.
- KTkrishna tejaNov 29, 20201.0So horrible experience, I bought a pair of glasses to gift my uncle and the very next day of the purchase I realized some printed text was already erased(may be because they gave me a display piece instead of new one) and I went to the store and asked for a refund since they dont have another pair of glasses. Spoke to the store manger and she was so rude to me and my wife and said that “you guys have used it and that is why it got erased and I will pay back only half the price”. We never wore it at all. Never going to buy in sunglass hut or at least in this store, since I have better experience in other stores.
