Steve welcomed us into the beautiful showroom and provided all the information we needed to explore the stone slabs in the warehouse. He also offered us water or coffee, which I appreciated. One of the best features of the slab room is a sample corner, from which we were invited to take home samples of quartz, granite, and other stone. I was also impressed by small displays of coordinating stone, fabric, hardware, or paint colors—inspiration for creating a beautiful room at my home. After our visit, I told my husband that I had never felt more welcome and appreciated as a customer at a stone supplier (and we have visited several in the Columbus area). Well done!
