However, I went in yesterday and witnessed a worker talking down on her coworker in a way that was very reminiscent of a high school, mean girl attitude. I understand that not everyone will get along, but it was uncomfortable that she continued to speak to her that way in front of my friend and I at both dressing rooms and at check out.
- MAMeanwhile ApparelJan 7, 20251.0I went to Offline Polaris Fashion Place around noon last Saturday and walked into two employees talking amongst each other in the front of the store one of them greeted us and but then continued their conversation shortly after that I needed a fitting room neither of them came to see if we needed help or asked if we might need a fitting room, so I took it upon myself to walk into one as another customer walked out of one and the fitting room was littered with clothing and hangers they provided the worst customer service experience ever and I wont be returning.

Completely ignore their customers. They are very rude. Refused to answer my questions or assist in any way. I’ve better customer experience shopping online from home. Really pathetic place. They won’t have my business ever.
