Tony was working the men's area and helped me find some items he had personally tried and gave me great advice about which lines run bigger or smaller in sizing. He was attentive but not overbearing and I was grateful for his assistance. I look forward to seeking him out on my next trip once holiday shopping is over.

I asked for help and the staff said i dont normally do this work in this area so no and walked away without assisting me or calling someone to help me purchase my glasses. How am i supposed to know you dont work in the glasses area when you were just helping out with another person with glasses in the same area and have been standing there the entire time? Could you at least call someone that can help me get my glasses? I understand if you receive commission or some sort but the attitude was disappointing and made me not want to purchase from this Nordstrom if this is the staff they have.

The associate proceed to check my items and check the receipt, and say the sensors need to be taken off. The feeling, the needless embarrassment, I will not be returning. When spending almost 500 dollars on a perfume, this is not the experience I expect.

The sleeves were way too long on a blouse. Was told to put a hair tie around my arm to shorten the length. Most stupid thing I have ever heard. Why would I buy something that doesn't fit properly? Then she brought me a navy blouse to go with a black and gold jacket. Colors did not match, and it looked stupid. So, the only black blouse in the store in my size had too long of sleeves. This store needs more clothing selections.
