  My boyfriend and I went in to smell and purchase a fragrance, associate Tim was absolutely wonderful. We loved him!! Super sociable, insightful, and humorous!! Literally wish we knew him personally!

  Honesty terrible quality items. Go to pandora or Tecovas for proper customer service. Went for an issue with fashion jewelry quality and they told me I need to buy fine jewelry for it to hold up. My pandora rings look as good as the day I bought them for 1/10th the price. Sales rep could have at least told me this when I purchased them otherwise i would’ve spent my money elsewhere. Even Pandora will polish your jewelry. These people won’t. I really haven’t had a bad experience at an LV store until this one. Not buying LV anymore. Better to flush your money down the toilet.

  Everyone was very nice and was not judged by the way i dress (blue collar worker). Joel was awesome and super friendly. Will definitely request him with any future purchases

  ‼️‼️Judged by appearance, ignored until I proved I could pay I came to this LV store today while my husband and child were at the LEGO store. I just wanted to look at scarves. I have bought LV items from time to time over the years, including two bags from this exact store before they moved to the current space, and the service was great in the past, so I really did not expect what happened today. Nobody greeted me when I walked in, which was fine. I do not need special attention to feel comfortable. But even after several sales clearly saw me browsing, no one offered help. The store was not busy at all, and it was obvious that I was looking for something specific. What made me very uncomfortable was watching a sales warmly greet new customers who entered after me while still ignoring me. It was hard not to feel that I was treated differently because I am Asian. Eventually, I approached someone for help, and only then did I realize he was the security guard. He was very kind and called a sales for me. When I said I wanted to try a wool scarf, the first thing she did was look directly at me and say, “It is 1,0xx dollars.” I said yes, and she repeated the price again as if she needed to make sure I understood. When I asked if there were other colors, she opened the drawer and pointed toward it while lightly kicking the direction with her foot, basically telling me to look for myself. She still did not offer any information, suggestions or opinions. While I was trying the scarf, she did not assist me in any way. She kept staring toward the entrance the whole time, clearly waiting for other customers. It felt like she had already judged me based on my appearance and decided I was not worth her time because she assumed I would not buy. I do not know whether this attitude was her personal choice or part of a sales culture where they do not bother with customers who look like they might not purchase. Either way, this kind of service is unacceptable. This experience will not stop me from buying LV in general, but I will not return to this location as long as that sales is still here.
