She is very by the book , and won’t care to understand the situation and try to be cooperative vs she was just keep saying “ I am sorry “ and not even remotely try to resolve the situation. And make sure that customer is happy. Manager before that one was excellent. It was always a good experience at J.crew Easton shopping center until today.
- HWHeather WolfJun 28, 20241.0I'll start by saying my husband and I have shopped J Crew for many many years. The quality of the clothes and the feel of the fabric is what keeps us returning. Unfortunately today my experience was not up to par. I entered the store and the young lady working asked if I needed anything. I showed her an outfit which was a suit style I wanted to get close to for a business event this weekend. They looked me up and down and stated "We don't have anything for you here." Now I may not be able to 100% say that I was judged based on my very casual clothing, but that was definitely the feeling that I received with the interaction. I know don't believe this to reflect the values the company may hold however anyone should be able to shop regardless of how they look and be treated with dignity and respect and be helped to the best of your abilities. Unfortunately today I did not complete a purchase at the local store and chose to shop elsewhere for my event. Extremely disappointed in the service I received.
