This time I asked the flowers to be delivered in A.M. and never was informed that I would be charged an surcharged of$19.99 on top of the standard charged. When I question the charged they refunded me but no explanation was given for the excessive delivery fee!! Then on the day of delivery that left the flowers at a neighbors house and asked HIM to deliver them to my party. Never heard of such a lack of customer service - i was not called at all during this entire debacle ! Will never order again from Griffin"s!
