- MHM HoJan 4, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience at this Express location due to poor customer service from one of the employees. The staff member Maria I interacted with was rude, dismissive, and unhelpful when I asked a simple question. Instead of trying to assist, she spoke in a condescending tone and made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome in the store. Customer service should be respectful and professional, and this experience was the opposite. I usually enjoy shopping at Express, but this interaction seriously affected my impression of the store. I hope management addresses how customers are treated, because no one should feel disrespected while shopping.

They are working in the wrong place since they DO need to talk to people and be professional. Apparently, I interrupted their conversation by simply showing up to return something.
