I went in with my family and was promptly ignored by every single associate. There were plenty of people working, and plenty of people looked up and saw us, but not a single person said hello or asked us if we needed help or assistance. My wife and I picked out several items and made our way on our own to the fitting rooms. The associates continued to walk past us and completely ignore us. The fitting room was the dirtiest fitting room I've ever been in, with dirt and fuzz and lint and marks all over the floor. It was too gross to even set anything down on. As someone who has spent thousands of dollars at this store over the years I was very disappointed and it makes me hesitate to return.
