Spent a ton of money there today. I walked out and drove 45 minutes home and found they DIDN’T REMOVE THE SECURITY TAGS. Tried the fork trick and $150 pair pants have a hole in them. You work in a clothing store! 1. Scan clothes. 2. REMOVE SECURITY TAG. 3. Charge customer. 4. Put clothes in bag. It’s really that simple.
I called corporate and all they offered was to put $25 on our rewards account. Express just lost a customer of many, many years (verified by corporate).

I had a very disappointing experience at this Express location due to poor customer service from one of the employees.
The staff member Maria I interacted with was rude, dismissive, and unhelpful when I asked a simple question. Instead of trying to assist, she spoke in a condescending tone and made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome in the store. Customer service should be respectful and professional, and this experience was the opposite.
I usually enjoy shopping at Express, but this interaction seriously affected my impression of the store. I hope management addresses how customers are treated, because no one should feel disrespected while shopping.

I can't believe they don't sell fragrances in the store anymore. Been wanting to grab the one my girl liked on me and I guess they dont have them in stores at all. Does it really take up that much inventory space to have fragrances??? 🤔🤔

The 2 employees at the register today 11/29/2025 around 11:45 a.m. at the Easton store were nasty! Two young, black girls with nasty, nasty attitudes. They are working in the wrong place since they DO need to talk to people and be professional. Apparently, I interrupted their conversation by simply showing up to return something.
