I placed an order yesterday for my friend’s birthday in the morning and noticed by 4:30 it still hadn’t been delivered so I called the store and was placed on hold for 10+ minutes. When someone finally took the call I was promised the order would be delivered yesterday. It has now been a full 24 hours since ordering and they still haven’t delivered it. I called the store again today and was placed on hold again, this time for 15+ minutes. They immediately place you on hold when you call hoping you’ll just hang up. Horrible customer service. The Edible Arrangement corporate office should just close this location because the people running the store are completely incompetent.

Is was delivered on the day promised at a reasonable time. The item ordered also looks very similar to the online depiction, thank you. I am happy that even being a state away I can celebrate life events with my friends, thank you for crafting and delivering the gift.

(A three hour time difference) Not knowing the area, I had no idea if this was even a possibility. I spoke with Stacey, who took my order. She was wonderful and understanding with my frustration of the website. I had spent about an hour and a half picking out what I wanted and customizing the order just for the website to not recognize my account; nor would it let me create another or pay online. Maybe this was a blessing in disguise. She rectified the situation quickly, taking the order and payment over the phone in under five minutes. Her customer service was above and beyond! I asked to make sure she called the recipient first for delivery as it was a surprise. The order was delivered in approximately hours with such a beautiful presentation. They did what I asked.. going above and beyond. My niece was surprised and loved everything! She said the fruit was delicious and the cookies fresh! For those with bad comments, maybe calling the order in would be a bit more beneficial. Human connection speaks so much better in communicating wants and needs. Technology frustrated the hell out of me… but human connection fixed it! Thank you Stacy and Edible Arrangements for helping me with my procrastination and getting my last minute order to its final destination! You really helped me make my niece’s birthday special!
