- OJOtto JeffersonFeb 26, 20261.0I picked an order up for a customer and the guy who waited on me was not very friendly or welcoming. He sat the oder on the counter and said, “There you go”. I thanked him and he said nothing. Horrible customer service and people skills.

Was charged a delivery fee and additional distance fee. Kept checking the status of the order till 10pm. Status never changed from crafting the order. Next morning get emails all saying attempted delivery. Delivery location has 6 cameras no one attended to deliver anything. Was at store at opening next day, only to be treated by the most unprofessional employees you can imagine. Would not refund the delivery charge and told me to leave as mrg will not be in for 2 hours. Based on the service I received amazed they even have two stars. But as they say a broken clock right twice a day. DO NOT GIVE THIS OWNER ANY BUSNIESS.

I placed my order online a week in advance, and it arrived exactly as expected. The fruit was fresh and nicely chilled. I didn’t select a specific delivery time, but it arrived at a very good time during the day. Even though it was Valentine’s Day and they must have been very busy, everything was handled perfectly. I placed an order yesterday for my friend’s birthday in the morning and noticed by 4:30 it still hadn’t been delivered so I called the store and was placed on hold for 10+ minutes. When someone finally took the call I was promised the order would be delivered yesterday. It has now been a full 24 hours since ordering and they still haven’t delivered it. I called the store again today and was placed on hold again, this time for 15+ minutes. They immediately place you on hold when you call hoping you’ll just hang up. Horrible customer service. The Edible Arrangement corporate office should just close this location because the people running the store are completely incompetent.
