Ian seriously went above and beyond for my wife and I when we were temporarily located in the area for the birth of our son. When our stay got extended a couple times unexpectedly, we needed new clothes and Ian helped us with size swaps and returns, online ordering, and coordinating our delivery address for shipments between locations where we were staying, and even offers to keep us updated via his personal cell. At one point during labor he offered to swing by our AirBnB to see if a package arrived. The whole staff was wonderful, but Ian honestly did so much more than I would have expected and we cannot thank him enough for making our stay smoother and easier while our minds were focused elsewhere. Thanks so much again Ian and highly recommend visiting this location if you're a DXL shopper!
