The salesperson named Mark who is there often is very unapproachable. He offers to help yet seems to have an attitude. When he does help you, it feels like you have to argue to get the size and product you want. I wish they would higher a more friendly option at the store.

- WWWillDec 1, 20251.0I purchased a jacket and needed to return it due to the sleeves being too small. Upon attempting to return the jacket, the sales rep named Karen instructed me to select a new jacket. When I returned to make the exchange, she informed me that she would not accept my return because it did not meet her standard. I offered to have the jacket dry cleaned and she said “absolutely not”. With that in mind, she packed it up for me and I purchased a new jacket. I asked her if the new jacket was going to be on sale for cyber Monday and she said the Columbia brand coats do not go on sale. The male manager sat there the entire time staring down and refusing to stand up and address me. With that, I paid $160 for a jacket that is on sale two days later for $115. This is absolutely unacceptable and ridiculous. I am so angry that I was disrespected and lied to. Do NOT visit the store on Kenny Rd and Henderson. The manager and employee will not get up and address an issue or assist you in finding your size. He sat down the entire time I was in the store and Karen stood behind the counter.

It is a smaller store, and they don't always have my size in stock, but they are always willing to order it with free shipping.
