Lisa was by far the rudest manager I have ever spoken with. Her unwillingness to assist me regarding the $10 reward I was supposed to receive from my return at the Easton store was mind-blowing. Instead of offering any assistance or clarification, she was argumentative, dismissive, and rushed me off the call without providing a resolution. If this is the level of service customers can expect from DSW management, I will strongly reconsider where I do business in the future. Respectfully, Adrian
