I came and when the store opened at 10 o’clock, and I was out of there by 10:15 and had to be at work at 10:30 down the road. Tasnim listened to what I needed, identified three pairs of shoes. I tried them all on and found the one I wanted! she was so great to work was so kind and a good listening ear!

I was able to return the second pair and Jade was extremely professional and apologetic. She refunded me promptly and compensated me for the shipping fiasco in the form of socks, which is the only reason I will still do business with DSW. From now on I will only shop in-store for dress shoes and tennis shoes. Unfortunately I cannot trust DSW with my safety at work any longer and will seek out more reliable outfitters. Thanks again to Jade who made this 1 star review into 4. Whatever she’s making, she deserves a raise.

The store is bright and clean and large and it's easy to find what you need. They always seem to have sales going on.
