I lived in FL and got an online pick up and bought boots! Love those associates! Polaris, Columbus, no. I understand “rules,” needing ID. But to try and and tell me they will only use my ID this time and next time I need an email? It was a 37.00 pair of shoes. My husband and I never check our email. The associate acted like we were at LV or Lululemon. It’s DSW. The associate said, I will help you this time, but next time you will need to provide the email?

And they have a fungus and are swollen with discoloration and no cuticle to protect my toes now. BECAUSE THEY GAVE ME USED SHOES!!! ALL OF THE WERE YELLOW USED AND DIRTY! They are about to have a huge problem! It made me really sick from USED DIRTY SHOES!!! Don’t go here it’s not safe!
