  Support this Doc Martens location! B & Bobby were so kind & had the best customer service. Listened to me yap about my experiences with pairs of docs in the past & hooked me up with a pair that will be more durable as work shoes for me. The best shoe store experience I have ever had by far as an introvert that is hesitant to ask for assistance. Thank you so much!

  Came in 30 mins before closing and the staff was so kind. Ruby was so wonderful! Honestly one of the most helpful Dr. Martens employees I've met in store across the country. She helped me and gave me multiple options for fit and took the time to really help resolve my issue. Absolutely influenced me to buy the shoe.

  Stopped in to take a look at some footwear and left with exactly the info I needed to decide on a purchase. B was super helpful and I'm hoping to be back to snag a pair this week! Update: Bought a pair and have been loving them. B was also super helpful in advising best care practices. Highly recommend if you need some solid shoes.

  I was deeply disappointed by the customer service at this location, especially as someone with over 13 years of experience as a luxury retail manager. During my visit a few weeks ago, I intended to purchase Chelsea boots but was persuaded by multiple associates—supposed “experts”—to choose a different style they deemed better for me. Unfortunately, these boots have caused significant discomfort, making it impossible to wear them for more than an hour. When I contacted customer service, I was told they don’t handle store-related issues and was directed back to the location where I purchased them. Upon doing so, I was shocked to hear that the manager suggested I resell them on Facebook Marketplace or Depop, stating it’s a popular style. As a longtime reseller myself, I know that even if sold, these boots would fetch around $50 at best—far less than the $190 I spent. This entire experience has been a waste of time and money. For anyone considering Dr. Martens, I’d strongly recommend purchasing from Nordstrom or another retailer—or better yet, investing in brands like Blundstone or Frye, where both the product and customer service are far superior.

  I always love popping in this store! The employees are always helpful (but not pushy!) and willing to let you try as many styles as you want to find your best pair. Yesterday Emily & Ruby went above and beyond helping me choose a new pair of sandals for summer. Makes me want to shop in store every time!
