I arrived at 12:30 PM with my CCW, Signed in as number 3, and waited over 4 hours total. I waited 1.5 hours just to be helped, another 30 minutes while they are searched for my order, then more waiting for supervisor and manager approvals. After that I paid $75.00 in transfer fees and finally left at 4:50 PM. This process should not take this long when all paperwork is valid. Extremely inefficient and not professional. DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR FIREARM TRANSFER. AND EITHER FOR ANYTHING.

With today's technology there's no way to correct an error? I will not go back

I was ready to go in guns blazing full karen mode. But fishing manger Jeff, Dave Noel, and the two nice young men at the customer service desk were immediately able to rectify the situation we’re incredibly polite and understanding and went above and beyond with their customer care.
