Love the store. Great quality clothes for outdoors and casual wear.
Have a great selection of most things needed for fishing, hunting, shooting sports and just outdoor activities.
Almost always have what I need in stock.
One of the few stores I linger and shop, not just grab and go. Will say, shop for deals but things can be pricey but mostly receive quality items.
Always get helpful pleasant support and service.

I have a hard time finding shoes that fit. I had to basically walk the shoe area attendant through the shoes. I call him an attendant, because he sure was NOT a sales professional. Very disappointing.

Cabelas at Polaris is has horrible customer service. The staff at the gun section is uneducated and don’t care. They told me a bunch of people just quit because they can’t work a certain amount of hours. The worker Stone told me prices are better at other stores and he wouldn’t recommend buying a fireman from them. Appreciated the honesty but I left without getting what I was looking for.

I called to check to see if the firearm I wanted was in stock. I was told there was one left and they do not hold guns. I was told if I purchased the firearm online and then come to the store and complete a background check the firearm would be mine.
I purchased a firearm for $674 online and had a confirmation receipt. I showed up to the store and I spoke with A representative named Stone. They said the firearm was in stock however when I purchased the firearm it assigned a new serial number and it would take 6 to 9 days to receive it.
That is totally unacceptable and poor customer service. Don’t tell me to purchase a firearm online if it’s not gonna be the same firearm. So when I canceled the order, I was told it could take 5 to 7 business days for me to get my money back.
I canceled the order and I will never ever come back to Cabela’s. That is poor customer service and I’m tired of this store messing up orders. I will also post this experience on my social media where I have 57,000 followers. I also own an executive protection company, and I will post about this and share to all my law enforcement and security colleagues. Nobody wanted to help me leave with that firearm that I paid for In advance.
Anyone ever wanting to buy a firearm online from Cabela’s? I would highly encourage you to do it advanced shooter supplies or go to LEPD firearms on Bethel Road. Never shop at the store because they don’t care about you.
5-7 business days for a refund for a product that was never in my possession is crazy. All my information was included on the order/receipt. Documented by customer service phone number I called which was absolutely no help and the representative on the call didn’t care.
I ordered the same gun today from Vance’s shooters Supply in Obetz Ohio purchased it online and showed up, filled out the background information and left within 30 minutes. The gun was also $71 cheaper. Lesson learned, do not buy firearms from Cabela’s. Go to a certified gun store that actually cares.

If I could give zero stars I would. We went in looking for a classic toy pop gun hard to find that anywhere else but Cabela’s, unfortunately. We checked online to ensure they had them before going it. Checked the toy section nothing. Easy, someone should be able to help us, after asking five people and getting sent back and forth from section to section nobody actually gave a *care* to go into the back of the store and get one for us. They were very obviously out of them on the floor but everyone working was too lazy to actually provide any real help. Thanks to the sixth person we asked, Colton, we finally got the gun. This Cabela’s is a joke, I get it we’re not buying a big ticket item but the store was empty and there were a ton of people working. Management should be embarrassed! Not to mention the annoying salespeople who do nothing but scam people into buying overpriced vacations. What a racket.
