  This Boss Store is a scam and sells fake Chinese brands. I bought pants in my size (32x30), but when I tried them on, they were too short. I went back to exchange them, but the owner refused and falsely said I broke the tag. The tag was still present, and I showed my receipt. They lied about their return policy. Please avoid this Boss Store. It is not a legitimate business and does not represent real American brands.

  Since I first entered the store I was not greeted or talked to AT ALL while shopping, I was also waiting to be checked out at the counter for a couple of minutes before I decided to leave because I was not being acknowledged not even the slightest bit.

  Customer service was great when purchasing. However, the belt i purchased from them broke within 5 months. (I guess don't buy belt)

  Took my dad in for his birthday today. It was my first trip to this new Boss store, but I’ve shopped them all over the world. I was happy to see it is actually a solid store with tons of selection. Finally, Jamel helped dad and I have a great experience. It wouldn’t have been the same without him. See you next time!
