The staff were extremely rude and condescending. I felt I couldn’t look around in peace. I told one of the staff what I was looking for and then had to stand in an isle in shock as he yelled at me and told me I didn’t know what I was doing. I won’t be back!

It seemed like a magical store with great products however this was our first time in just wanted to look everything before we got what we came for. We were asked a couple time if we needed help finding anything which was nice but said we just wanted to look around as it was our first time in. Then a guy in a salmon colored cardigan started to follow us in an isle and ask again I said I was just looking and the other half was just browsing and we might have questions in a bit. The other half was in the phone and the guy just stood in between us until he got off the phone to once again ask him. The other half asked the guy where acrylic medium was, the guy showed us then said to watch you tube videos before we buy cause we didn’t know what we were doing. He went on and on about our short explanation of what we were gonna do with it. That soured our fun outing. Then we got to the next isle the cashier came to ask if we needed help…the spouse just said NO the cashier laughed at us and walked away. We finished looking in peace but didn’t feel comfortable buying anything from people that laughed and told us we need to just watch YouTube videos. Take my advice and just skip this place.
