Unacceptable! I’ll be taking my money elsewhere! Rude staff and rude workers.
- AWAyanna WAug 19, 20252.0Rachel was the only one who actually wanted to help me and didn't look at me like I either couldn't afford to shop at this location or I was stealing something. She made herself available and had great eye contact. Everyone else i either caught following me or if I would ask for help they literally turned away from me and acted like they couldn't hear me. I only came in to exchange an item for another size but because of Rachel's help I ended up buying a dress that I actually love. This is why I almost always online shop because you get arrogant people with predisposed notions of what a person looks on the outside they correlate it to something negative. AE do better or just close up shop because you have employees working for you who easily alienate potential buyers.
