- TATommy A1 day ago1.0I really wish I could give this place a zero but it makes you choose a one star at the minimum. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever had at a retail store. The store manager here was completely rude and arrogant. We probably spend $2000 a year at American Eagle and after this experience, I truly will make sure the family starts to go elsewhere.
- ATAmanda Trede3 days ago1.0My daughter attempted to make a return. The girl badgered her to create an account in order to complete the transaction. Thankfully, I was present and reluctantly gave my information so the return could be processed. We had the original receipt, item was unworn with tags attched. Per the AE website and after a call to customer service, we confirmed that this event should not have taken place. Employees need to be trained on how to process returns without requiring minors to give their names and addresses.
- EBEston BallDec 28, 20251.0The blonde lady working the register today was very rude, I did their registration thing opted in for texts and asked for assistance pulling up the discount code as I did not receive a text for it "well cant help you with that" in a rude tone i wont be back.
- MMMichelleDec 9, 20251.0Honestly, if I could give this place a zero I would there is no good customer service here whatsoever and you would expect the employees to be treating you like that but never the manager me and my daughter’s visited the store during a very packed our but does it mean we should be treated horribly while we was in line at register to pay for our clothes me and my daughter started looking at jewelry and didn’t pay attention to the line for just a second and in that second a manager comes in snap at my daughter and ask her “ are you not in line?” While clearly seeing that we are in line humans make mistakes and we just did not see that the line moved. Then when my daughter said yes, and put the items at the table she just sighs very loudly and walks away after that the employee informed us that she behaves like this to them the employee was very nice and apologized on behalf of the manager multiple times I would not be coming back to this place. I feel very uncomfortable and so did my daughters and I could not imagine how she treats her employees if she treats her customers like that. I believe the managers name was juila or juile
