I spent so much money on Alo clothing for them to just fall apart. The stitching in the garments are so cheap. Why do I want to spend $150 on pants when the seams are coming out? This has happened to multiple items. I've even returned some for this issue and got a new pair and they still fall apart. I'm hoping that they will create better products to match the price. I'm very disappointed.

This alo has gone so down hill, it used to be amazing. Today I went in and this girl immediately started bothering me basically following me around the whole store she had pink lip stick, and glitter under her eyes. Everytime I turned around she was there. She even waited for me to arrive in the fitting room.. Like stood there waiting when there was already a fitting room attendant then proceeded to take stuff I wanted to try on back to return. Alo you guys have to do better

Very poor service!! Racist and judgmental behavior.
When I went into the fitting room, no one bothered to tell me which room to use or even said a word to me. But they spoke to other customers who came in after me, asking if they needed help.
When I came out and politely asked where I could leave the clothes, the staff member responded very rudely, saying, “Just leave them anywhere in here.”
Throughout the interaction, her tone and attitude were extremely disrespectful.. she looked at me with judgment and treated me as if I didn’t belong there.
For such a high-end, well-known brand and luxury store, this kind of rude, dismissive, and discriminatory behavior is completely unacceptable. The staff were unprofessional and showed no basic respect toward customers.

I asked if they carried a specific product in store in a certain color. I was told no, Alo does not make the product in that color, I'm wrong. Cool. A 30 second web search would prove otherwise, not sure why I was being told that "Alo doesn't make that in that color" you could at least 1) know your product 2) look it up and 3) own up to the fact that you were wrong. Honestly just buy the stuff online and return it in store if it doesn't work out.
