When we walked back in to get it fixed, that same employee actually pretended she had never helped us! (She seemed to have been the manager!!!) NO SUIT BAG either!!!!! Upsold me on expensive shirt that didn't fit. Luckily, Ian stepped in and completely saved us. With the wedding being this week, he measured properly and got us into a suit 4 sizes smaller that actually fits perfectly (AS WE ASKED FOR THE FIRST TIME!!) ! Incredibly grateful for his expertise and amazing customer service!
