  Ordered a toy for my child for store pickup. Checked my order status which told me that it was ready to pick up. Drove there the next day and was told that it was already picked up. They couldn't tell me by who or what time. They just told me that they wouldn't have given out my order without the information. I was the only person with access to the email.They were sold out of the toy and so were surrounding stores. I was told that I would get my money back which I am still waiting on. I was told that if I didn't see a refund I should call customer service. They could not give me anything that said I should be refunded. Not even an email. It took me 20 minutes to drive there to be told someone already picked up my order.

  I had a rather uncomfortable experience at this location. While browsing the kids' clearance shoes, I was blatantly followed by an employee who acted as though I was there to shoplift. He was literally jumping around corners to "catch" me and watching me out of the corner of his eye the entire time. It was profiling, plain and simple, and it made the environment hostile. also to add on I'm a pretty petite woman so purchasing kids shoes can be less expensive than purchasing the same exact shoe in the women's section. (converse, vans, etc) When I went to check out, the manager was hovering near the cashier, forcing her to aggressively push add-ons and loyalty sign-ups. When I declined to provide my phone number for an account, the manager jumped in and wouldn't take "no" for an answer, making the simple act of cashing out pretty uncomfortable. Stop treating your customers like thieves and ask about the add-on once and move on. I won't be back.

  The staff were awesome today. I came in yesterday and saw some booties I really wanted but the price was a bit high. Also I only saw a half size up and down from my size and they only had 2 pair. I went home and looked online and their website showed they do have my size there-altho I realized that may not be accurate. So today I got a $20 off coupon. Awesome. So I went in to see if they had the 1 showing that was my size. I looked in the same area as last night and those 2 were gone. I asked 1 cashier and she said to check clearance. I did and didn't see them. So I ands ked Vianey, another cashier. She showed the 1 that's my size 8n her computer. She also called Easton and asked them to check. Then she decided to call the staff in the back to check again for the 1 showing. They found it!!! And she said it was back there because it was going on clearance 30% off!! Awesome. Plus my $20 off coupon. How often does that happen? These girls spent the time to check around and it paid off. I'm so happy I didn't have to order them or drive all over town. Thanks Vianey and staff!! I love my boots.
