- YMYormerys MartinezMar 17, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience with this pawn shop. I pawned two gold jewelry pieces and was clearly told I would be notified before they were sold. I NEVER received any notification—no letter, no phone call, nothing. I even use USPS Informed Delivery and can confirm no mail was ever sent. When I returned, I was told my items had already been sold about 9 days prior. When I asked for proof that they had sent a notification, they could not provide any documentation or evidence. These were not cheap items—they were gold jewelry with real value and personal meaning. Selling them without proper notice and without proof of communication is extremely unprofessional and concerning. I have filed a formal complaint with the Ohio Attorney General. I strongly advise others to be very careful when trusting this business with valuable items.
